Weekly Class Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Tuition is due on the first day of each 8-week session and may be paid using:

  • PEP Scholarship

  • Invoice

  • Cash or Check

  • Zelle

  • Credit Card

Because class sizes are limited and each student's space is reserved exclusively for them, tuition is non-refundable once the 8-week session has begun.

At the conclusion of each 8-week session, families will have the opportunity to register for the next session before any remaining spots are opened to new students.

Makeup Policy

Because students work at their own pace, we understand that occasional absences happen.

  • One makeup class may be scheduled per 8-week session, subject to availability.

  • Makeup classes must be completed before the end of the current 8-week session.

  • To schedule a makeup class, email sewingclasses@thesewingbar.com or call/text 239-484-2546.

  • Missed classes without at least 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a makeup class, refund, or credit.
